Advances in technology have promoted changes several areas, topography this panorama wasn't different, promoting efficiency and digitalization of processes. The recently deployed the is use Remotely Piloted Aircraft conjunction with Global Navigation Satellite System to perform aerophotogrammetric surveys, but still has limitations its accuracy when compared traditional methods. Supporting technological advances knowing limitations, objective paper conduct a study about impact ground control points positional kind survey, considering factors such as number their distribution on ground, for better understanding scientific community since subject little discussed by community. To carry out experiment an aero survey was performed at Alphaville campus Mackenzie Presbyterian University, using two cross flights altitude 54 meters 44 points. process data obtained Agisoft Metashape Pro software used, supported Python scripts automation Among main results 3 total error project reduced significantly, especially distributed disperse, comprehensive homogeneous way.
